  1. Thanks jtmullet, I will try on a piece of solid wood to go any further. Another question I have is, what is the distance between the saddle and the 12th fret I have to mesure? I think It's called the center of intonation... Should I use the same as my American made Fender as a reference or it varies? Thank you for all your help. Really.
  2. ...or if anybody here has a Ibanez Jem and is kind enough to take the dimensions, I think it is the same bridge...
  3. Maybe you should post the diagram you used for the guys here...
  4. Hey guys, Im now finished with the electronics on my pickguard and now, I need to route a trem cavity... I have a brand new Ibanez Edge Pro that I need to install on my Strat... The thing is that I need to route a Trem cavity so it can be parallel to the guitar body like here ... I need mesurements and instruction and all I can find is this: http://www.ibanezrules.com/catalogs/ and this http://projectguitar.ibforums.com/index.php?showtopic=633 but I cant find the damn new edge Pro mesurements!. I do not want to do it wrong so I please that you help me! You already did in the past and I trust you for your good advices, Thanks!
  5. I've already wired like the diagram up here, can't wait to try it out!
  6. Seems a good idea to me! What if I use this one instead...I would have 3 choices... Series/parallel switch with switch for coil cut. But what effect provides ''coil cut''? i know it has no hum-canceling but, aside that...
  7. mmm, I'm wondering how can I use the Push/Pull pot to wire the HB in parallel? How the wiring on the push/pull would look like?
  8. Hey guys, me again. I just wired my pickguard witch one Seymour Duncan Hot Rails in the bridge and 2 lace sensors in the middle and neck. I wired all like my diagram told me to... and when I plug it in, the sound of the lace sensors is little compared to the seymour duncan hot rails... How can I get more equal outputs? I know some will say, ''get the hotrails less close to the strings'' but the problem is more from the lace sensors, like I can't get enough gain or something... here's the diagram I followed. Diagram Thanks for your answers!

    Wire Gauge?

Oh, and there's anoher thing buzzing me right now... Does the 250k and 250k push/pull potentiometers require quality...I mean, do I have to get the genuine Fender stuff or the all parts or anything else will do the job? same for the 5 way switch...? Thanks again

    Wire Gauge?

thanks, but the resistance in the wire has no big importance? I thought it was a crutial matter in the sound...
  12. Hey, I'm newbie here and I was wondering what gauge of wire should I use to wire my new set of pups, 2 Lace sensors, (blue neck, gold middle) and one SD Hot rails in the bridge between themselves. Thanks for answering! O.Lord
