Anyone here happen to know what the pickguard thickness on a Gretsch Duo Jet is.. I am trying to make a new one and can't find the measurements anywhere. If anyone has a template drawing with specs that would be fantastic.

Any one know what the curing time is on Rustoleum/.(Tremclad- brand name in Canada) Clear Aerosols? Also what might be the ideal time to wet sand in between coats? I am having a hard time determining when wet sanding is safe with this product. I don't want un- necessary botching .. First coat went on very well.

I asked this question over at the Gretsch forum but no one seem to know.. What type of stain and color is used on the backs of the Gretsch Duo Jet.. Any help would be great.. ThanX.
