The only and only thing I don't like about my SZ520 is the bridge. In order to palm mute, you have to slide your hand in front of the bridge, rather than on top of it like you would with a TOM.
Are the front pickups not normally the other way round? Or did you put them that way to get a "bassier" sound on the D and G strings? Nice bass either way!
I was thinking about the name thing alright. I was just thinking it'd be handy for testing out different finishes on wood that would have just been destroyed anyway.
Actually Drak, what do you do with the WOD's crumbs?
Drak, seriously why don't you just sell off these bodies for dirt cheap instead of smashing them? There are countless amounts of people here that would take that guitar from you in a second. You're just wasting good wood and an even better body
A guitar speaker isn't designed to handle bass guitar frequencies at high volume for long periods of time. And the electronics are designed for guitar frequencies, not bass. You'll get a better sound from a proper bass amp.
Not correct. If he uses a locking nut and tightens the nut, the strings can possibly (and quite probably with a cheap locking nut) go out of tune and since he can't tune at the bridge, he'll be stuck with bad tuning.
