  1. OK great, got every put together and I cut down a spring from a pen…nice suggestion I take it you don’t tighten the pickups all the way, cause when I did they were hitting the springs. So I loosen them a little and they went down, is it ok they have a little play in them now? Only problem I’m having now is when you hold down the first two frets the strings hit the other frets. Do I need to adjust the bridge or something to fix this? Thanks, mark
  2. Ok great… just one more question… Do the springs go directly between the pickguard and the pickup or do they go between the pickup and the pickup cover? Also is there any good technique for getting it screwed down with the spring… its giving me a little pain. Thanks, Mark
  3. wow that was quick, I just posted this a few mins ago….Thanks for the reply… That’s what I was afraid of that I lost a spring… Is there a reason why they look different? Also any suggestion were I could buy the missing spring at? Thanks, Mark
  4. Hello all, I have a Fender Squier that I bought a few years ago just to take apart so that I could do the body in 3D for a project. I’m working on putting it back together cause I went to learn to play. I know were must of the parts go but I’m stuck on a few things… I have three Tremolo springs; I guess one goes in the center and one on each side at the very end correct? I also have 5 small springs that I don’t have a clue were they go (images attached) Are there any adjustments I need to do for how the bridge sits? There are 3 of these springs... and 2 of these springs Thanks, Mark
