  1. Hey everyone hope your well buggered my neck so I have to start over again due to a mistake thinking my router can get rid of my fret mistake got a maple blank and got a ovangkol fretboard see if I am 3rd time lucky

  4. I don't have a mitre box I didn't cut them deep and it's a 10mm board I just used my knuckle as a guide another thing the wood is so cross grained I might have to use an orbital sander on it
  5. There way out I think it's best to plane the neck down and start again it's thick enough to do it I think
  6. Only problem with measuring for me I have dyspraxia which means I can't measure or count I have to depend on templates and fret templates which I used for this
  7. I don't know if it's the grain of the wood what's making them wonky
  8. Hi all don't know if a can sort my problem out but I cut all my fret slots double checked my measurements and when I done a couple of the are not straight. Will I have to sand the board down again. Put it in mind that the board is glued on a finished neck aswell
  9. Ah right thankyou seen a few online which has a different piece of timber aswell I dont know which way to go
  10. Hi everyone hope this is the right place ask but I am currently building a prs type instrument and is the neck a one peice or just a extended heel glued on.
