  1. I was reading the paper on using chemical paint strippers on solid body electric. I have an issue I cannot find an answer for. After stripping and sanding an electric body. All of the screw holes in the body have residue that seeps into the wood making it look wet. Will this eventually dry up? I have tried both naptha, thinner and acetone but cant seem to get rid of the wet appearance around the holes and cavity edges. It did not look like this occurred in the demonstration and I did not notice the holes being plugged before stripping. Any ideas on how to make this go away?
