Hi Everyone, This is my first post ever and I'm glad to have found this forum. I'm about to install a standard bridge on a 24 fret guitar project I was working on and I just wanted to know the proper measurements so that I could start drilling screw holes on the body and so that the guitar would be in the right tune when strung. I attached these pictures of the guitar and the bridge I'm going to install. I would really appreciate it if anyone can help me with what to do next, specifically with the measurements from the nut to the bridge. Just so you know, the bridge on this guitar used to be a standard strat bridge with the trem arm but I bought a standard bridge since I don't want the trem arm to be installed. I'm a left handed guitar player and I don't know if being a lefty will have different measurements on installing a bridge. Thank you so much and greetings from the Philippines! -Louie

Hi people, im new here in the forums and this is my first post. Im from the Philippines an a guitar player for 4 years. I saw the tutorials a month ago and it gave me an idea that i would do a Material Finish on my guitar... I already am finished with the first steps in fact i already painted the sides of my guitar like the one in the tutorial. My question is what are the kinds of material that i could use? and about the fillers, im sorry but i know this is a newbie question, but what are they? im planning to buy the fillers this weekend but i dont know the exact name or term for it when i go to the hardware store.
