Hi! My boyfriend bought an old Epiphone acoustic.....12 string. Mostly for a project. I'm watching him try various methods to loosen and remove the neck....don't know if it's hide glue or white glue. It's a joy for me to watch him....but it would also be cool if I just asked you guys for suggestions ant tips! I read a few articles from some other luthiers...looks like heat lamp is the only way...or steam. What do you think? many thanks! carolyn
