i was going to try them but i dont know what they sound like i was after a beatles p90 tone, has anyone tried them ? (i made a thread about this a while ago and got no responses, maybe they are just untested) I bought a GFS P90 off ebay, it sounds good but seems to be a bit microphonic. I get a lot of squeal at high volumes.

Well, the Ebay ads claim it is a power soak, which is baloney. Yes, it's just a couple of jacks, a pot and a box. I put a page on my website about building one, although that's not what I use it for and not why I built it. New to the forum, glad to be here.
