  1. Yep, thats whats on the headstock of the sons 12 string.
  2. Double neck electric guitar kit with all the hardware. Everything to complete with the exception it does not have the paints and finishes. Comes with a 12 string and 6 string neck with crown position markers. Neck are hard maple and have the truss rod and frets installed. Fingerboard is Rosewood. Body is basswood. All holes and wiring are drilled out. 24 3/4 in. scale lenght. 4 humbucking pickups. Tone and volume controls. Tune-0-matic bridge. Yes the necks are bolt on.
  3. My son got a double neck guitar kit off ebay, the SG style. He has inserted the necks into the body and they are seated very tightly, and the angle of both necks are less than a 1/2" above the body. The problem is the tail end of the fret board is not touching the body, it is approx. 1/8" off the body. Should he remove more of the base of the neck to lower the tail onto the body, or will it not effect the sound quality? Thanks in advance.
  4. Does anyone have opinion on a Samick 12 string acoustic Greg Bennett design? My son bought one with his Christmas money and it sounds great rich tones and a nice look.
  5. My son has a Epiphone Les Paul Ultra and I was wondering if anyone has any tips on restringing I understand it's not as simple as a standard guitar. Thanks in advance.
  6. Thanks for the reply and yes we were looking at the springs as maybe being the problem I didn't measure the distance from the block to the spring mount but the springs are not streched at all when at rest we may have to rout a little more and reset the spring mount for a little more pressure.
  7. My son and my father have installed a tremelo into my sons Squire 51 but the mounting holes drilled into the body and the block hole routed into the back are off by (without measuring) about 1/8 inch the pickups are picking up and the strings stay on the neck but with the strings tuned they are pulling on the block so there is no whammy effect capable with the arm. Should we plug and fill the body and reset the bridge or rout out a little more to allow the block to be able to float? any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you in advance from a mod newbie.
