    SCN pickups aren't actually single colis - they're stacked humbuckers that just happen to sound like good single coils.

    Dude, you still got your problems? Exactly what EMG pickups have you fitted? And how many wires and what colours do they have? (I can see a probable issue with your diagram but that depends on the pickup wiring).
