Alder and plain maple fort the second one. I think the alder turned out great Bodies

  13. that is one awesome guitar! the next GOTM for me
  14. I like seeing those multiple builds. I am building two guitars right now and it is good to see how my skills are getting better Practise is practise...
  15. just makes me wanna say: wow!
  16. Oh, can you take for us a picture of the walnut back? I´m just curious how you chambered it
  17. I guess the maple top is already glued on that back.. don´t you have a photo of body before you glued it? Nice work tho
  18. I love the headstock shape Keep up good work
  19. I´ve got one. It´s 40mm with convex blade and it´s great. It is usefull when you are making carved tops, you can also carve the back of the neck with it. Looks like it´s too small, but trust me that if you have it sharp enough, it´s perfect.
  20. I could use some of that mahogany too Pretty hard to get a nice piece of it in my country for a reasonable price Looking forward to see your projects
  21. I am really interested in that neck, because I could get some teak wood out of an old railway carriage.. should be about 110 years old... I believe teak is hard to work with.
  22. Thanks, I love PRS too and hopefully this one will be beautiful At least it will be mine and original Actually the second one appears to be superstrat with PRS headstock... we´ll see
  23. Okay I got glued up the body blank for no.2, it is walnut (Juglans Regia, L.), just need to glue on the ears And finally started working on necks. Scarf joints glued, sanded flat and truss-rod channel routed Fretboards are not glued on yet.
