  1. Okay dude, Thank you. I haven't dabbled in electronics since I did my GCSE on the subject, so cheers for your patience with my noobyness. and.. damn that link for not working
  2. I've been searching high and low for a push-to-break switch for use as a killswitch. I figured a non latching push-to-break would make more sence as i'm after that tom morello kinda thing. Anyways, everywhere I look i'm confronted with these cheap ass nasty looking things (Link) Is there any place I could get a push-to-break switch that would actually look quite posh on the front of the guitar? Failing that.. is there any kind of rubber covering or something I could use to cover the switch so it doesn't look quite as ugly?
  3. This is true, it was almost $2 to the pound when my mum was buyin my dad the Dave Gilmour EMG set for christmas. I've emailed the guy on that site about a quote anyways, because obviously they probably don't stock that many 7 string strat necks what with hardly any demand for them. Does indeed look like an import is my best bet. No worries And thanks muchleh!
  4. Hiya. I'm trying to find a place in the UK, preferably a Fender licenced dealer who'd be able to make a 7 string custom neck with the large strat headstock. It'd also ideally need space for the Floyd Rose locking nut. I forsee a few replies along the lines of "make it yourself", but as the neck is one of the most important parts of the guitar, and my skills with wood are probably the worst in the country, i'd rather have it made up for me. Looking through the list of dealers and what not on the website, I came across http://edenhaus.com/ which would be able to do it, but its in the USA, and would cost a bomb to ship over here on top of the price of having it made.
