    I just put a GFS Power Rails in my cheapo Ibanez. It sounds great. Lots of crunch, volume and tone. Go for it.

    I'm just after a better sound than what comes with the stock pups. More crunch, more sustain, cleaner cleans. I see your point for asking what you did, however. You make a very valid point. I want to make my own tone, but am definately influenced by Satch, YJM, EVH, Gilmore....and the list goes on. I guess I was seeking more of a technical discussion, like.....would they work together electrically? Thanks for your reply

    I'm planing on swapping out the stock pups on my Ibanez GSA60. My selection for replacements goes like this, all DiMarzio's: PAF Fred in the bridge DP-184 Chopper in the middle YJM in the neck. Anyone see any reason why this would not be a good combination? Thanks.
