  1. Jon's right about Alsa. They've got a lot of different products to produce a chrome look. Even spray cans. Check out their videos too they're pretty cool. Here's the spray can linky.
  2. Here's another luthier: TIMTONE GUITARS I really admire the quality of this guy's necks: 3 Necks Neck Closeup
  3. I passed through Hamilton Ontario once and came across this guys instruments: Very cool basses This finish absolutely floored me when I saw it in the store but pictures don't do it justice: Black and White Ceruse Finish The swamped ash is dyed black and the open grain is filled with a coloured grain filler.
  4. Credit goes to Brooks of the now defunct Brooks Guitar World website: Maple Lamination Alder Model Prototype Sideview Finished Production Model
  5. Guitars similar to that guitar in the eBay listing started out as a block of wood about 3.75" thick. It's one of the most uniquely constructed guitars I've seen. The arc wraps around your body. Send me your email if you'd like pics of this guitar under construction so you can better understand the shape of this beauty. I didn't think much of this guitar till I saw a sideview of it. The ebay listing doesn't give you a picture to show it's innovative shape which ultimately led to it being discontinued due to high constuction costs.
