  7. If you meant pics of my stuff. I haven't got any real projects on at the moment, I just finished a basic one before I joined, ie new pickups, tuning pegs, bridge onto a guitar. But haven't got the expertise or the money at the moment, so Im learning what I can here first and then Ill try something. P.s Im not scary, Im probably one of the saner ones. There's a Lot of unproductive egos floatin around sometimes, kinda makes you think twice about puttin your stuff on anyway. (Well thats kinda how I feel sometimes when I read some posts. But Im a fairly newbie anyway. ) Anyway, welcome again Mike
  8. It would make a good chord before a song that ends in C
  9. I use 12s at the moment, but I cant do some of the faster stuff, so Im thinkin of goin back to 11s.
  10. Here's a sinsister one. --0-- --0-- --3-- --3-- --0-- --0--
  11. Nice. I could of worked it out anway, just to lazy to think for that second.
  12. I don't know what this is cos i made it up but I love this chord! e--0--- b--0--- g--8--- d--11- a--0--- E--0--- Try picking it!
  13. Found this earlier thought I'd stick it here! SRV's Gear. On the far left stands a 100-watt Marshall JCM 800 half stack. Next to it is a 150-watt Dumble Steel String Singer head on top of a Dumble 4x12 bottom. Peeking out from the back is a blonde '64 Fender Twin (85 watts and 2 12" speakers). Stacked next to the Dumbles are Stevie's cherished '64 Fender Vibroverbs (they are consecutivly numbered: 5 and 6; Stevie was very proud of having obtained such low serial numbers). Completing the lineup is a pair of 200-watt Marshall heads (a Super Lead and a Super P.A.) sitting atop Marshall 4x15 and 8x10 cabinets.
  14. More Larry! --0-- --0-- --1-- --4-- --2-- --0-- Eadd9 Simple but nice
  15. Ok this is the chord at the end of the James Bond theme. --x-- --7-- --8-- --9-- --10- --x-- a touch of tremlo is needed!
  16. Ok I'm sure this sorta things been done before but here goes anyway. Just when you think you've heard every possible chord you discover a new one, so post in the most unusual(nice, weird, whatever) chords you know, and hopefully we can expand each others repertoire! Heres one to start. This is the best way I could think to do a chord diagram here. I found this chord in a Larry Carlton song, sounds great if you pick it rather than strum, play all the open strings aswell! ----1st---2nd---3rd--4th---etc e I-----I------I------I------I------I------I b I-----I------I------I------I------I------I g I-----I--O--I------I------I------I------I d I-----I------I------I------I------I--O--I AMaj7/C# a I-----I------I------I--O--I------I------I E I-----I------I------I------I------I------I I'll post some more later.
