    you can do it with DPDT switches (3 of them) and then you can easily get those combinations (its series wiring though), have a look at the brian may wiring if you want to try that (i dont like using 3/5way switches so i dont know much about them)

    I was originally going to use three switches,but I decided to go with a more stock look.
