its the new distortion pedal by digi tech and i was just wondering if it compares to the metal master? i have the BOSS metal zone and im just sick of it for some reason. i know i should just get a new amp but as of now i dont have the money.

is there any certain soder i should use or would anything work?

do i just use wire to hook them back together?

allright i got this whole thing figured out excpet one thing. the volume and tone pot are connected. ive heard i could seprate them but i dont wanna edit anything up. im puting them in a bc rich beast nj series. basically all im asking is if i take them apart how do i reconnect them in a sense i think um. well if you get it then thanks if your confused ill try again lol thanks for the help.

oh and all the places i went too said it would take more then 2 weeks and said its 75 bucks to put them in sooo yeah i dont wanna do that cuz i asked around and they said thats way too long and to much

im still somewhat a beginner and i have trouble learning things at hig speeds. and i want to know if this will help me learn new things such as solos. ive heard that when it slows down the songs it kinda makes them sound shitty. does this make it harder to hear the guitar parts or anythign. the effect probally wont really bother me as long as i learn something new. i guess what i am trying to say will this benifit me at all?

how do i do pinch harmonics cuz this local band was useing them a lot and i asked them how and they told me but it was to fast so i dont know how to really do it. if you can just give me some tips that would be great

okay i think im gettin it on the high e string it makes more of a note kinda of sound but i think im still haveing truble getting it to ring out im not even sure if im getting the right sound at all lol anyways everything you guys are saying is helping a lot and i just wanted to say thnaks

allright... i still am doing something wrong i get just a thud sound. and it sounds nothing like the song. so i dont put any pressure on the string. and just place my finger somewhere between the 2nd and 3rd fret. sorry its a lot easyer for me to see a person doing this themselves so if you got any kind of video online or anything just give me a link

so to ground the wires just have to be solder to the back of the volume pot?? other than that thanks for all the info i think i got it now.
