O.k I have finally decided to upload photos of my guitar to my pc, so here she is
EDIT:Hope ths link works http://fullservesite.com/si_evans/
I have been working on my guitar since september last year. Alot of it was bought with paper round money (a long long time spent saving up)
some of the photos are a bit crappy they got screwed up when resizing. A bit more has been done to the body (basic floyd route) but i havent taken pictures of it yet
thanks

Am I being dense, or is there no sense in replacing a 24 fret neck with a 22? If you don't want to use the top two frets, fine, so just don't use them, or is there something I'm not getting?
exactly my thinking

hyunsu. stunning work as always
-
im sorry i cant really help you there as i have not tried it yet all i can tell you is that the shank is that the shank is 40mm and the overall length is 72mm.

that really is jaw dropping, the only thing i would change would be to make the pickup mounts less on the square side and make the knobs flatter like greg said
apart from that amazing work as always.
-
EDIT: serch a C121 in the part number reference.
i found that these bits make a reall clean cut and work very well. templates may need to be made thicker for the shallower cavities.

I like the black one with the unpainted haedstock
-
I think your design is VERY cool. Ibanez on top, LP on the bottom. It's kind of like a mullet, business in the front, party in the back! Best of luck with the project and PLEASE keep us updated.
^ hahaha
I really like that desighn looks very cool!
-
thats some pretty wood there. Is this for the customer? Good work!
-

i used to use metal tech picks but they put scratches all over the guitar.

I dont think you would need to put any thing over the aluminium. you may have to radius and re fret the neck again which i gather from your earlier posts you dont want to do.
