what grit sandpaper should i use to get the final scratches out of the inlay?

Does anyone have any good deminsions for guitars especially PRS. I know there was a thread on here that had the PRS deminsions but i cant find it anymore. I checked all the drawings on guitarbuild.com but most are not to scale. I want to draw out some correct autocad drawings of bodies since i cant find any. If i get anygood drawings made ill post them on here.

I am planning on building a few guitar and wanted to know if koa would be a strong enough wood making a neck. I plan on using a koa body and neck with a curly mahogany top with rio grande pickups. Will the koa be suttible for a zz top tone or would mahogany be much better?

If you are putting inlays on a cambered fingerboard how do you compensate for the fact that they will stick up towards the edges of the fingerboard?

Can neck bow be extreme enough that when corrected with a truss rod it cracks the inlay or will the neck never bend that much and putting in an inlay pre stringing a guitar not cause problems? Also what is the best way to compensate for the fretboard being slightly curved when doing a large neck inlay so the inlay is not sticking up above the wood near the neck edges?

Where can i buy a fretted fretboard? not the neck just the board with the frets already installed. also is there a website that sells precut boards for guitar bodies that match (as in 1 board cut into the middle so it is a mirror image), i've seen a website like that but cannot find it again.
