  1. cool, you know if your still going for the spidy head on the headstock you could use a scan from the movie posters and get half the face on there,

you know the pics which have half the face and a reflection of the city in the shiny eye thing?

...if u can find one the right size anyway

and you could take the pic to a decal shop to get one made for you if you wanted

  2. i like raptor

but from a business standpoint i'd go with edge, it's catchy, more stylish and caters for a larger crowd, as most musos aren't metallers

i love that you're starting a line!!! imagine if one day we see LGM guitars alongside fender, ibanez...etc B)

as for the guitar it's nice.......................that's a mighty big horn :D

  3. I have an ibanez s370.  I think this has the licensed by FR logo on it, it's definately a floyd rose copy anyway.  It used to stay in tune all the time, and if i don't use the trem it stays in tune for infinity!!!! :D

I love it but it doesn't return to the zero point everytime i dive, or pull up on it.  It's only 2 years old, the poor guitar must have got a lot of abuse  B) .

Thank you for confirming what I was saying.

The knife edges are worn out

sounds more like the setups gone out of whack

as will happen with any bridge

what type of bridge is it anyway? if it's the inferior trs trem then it's probably expected if it's an edge i guess it could be cos of age, if it's a lopro edge you have a great trem that isn't the problem lol....and i doubt if it's the new ones

  4. you don't HAVE to lacquer the neck, lots of people sand the original finish off! to put on just a little tung oil or lemon oil with some cloth...

the nicest playing necks are unfinished ones, but an unfinished neck is prone to going out of tune as moisture in the air can get into and out of the wood

by adding just the slightest layer of tung or lemon oil, or anything you can seal it off enough to stop the moisture :D
