I'm new here, and can use all of the help I can get. I was wondering if anyone knew if there is a way to "stain" a flame maple top (or any style top) white. I know I've seen this before somewhere but can't find out how to do it. I tried doing a search here but couldn't find anything. And I mean White White not clear coated. Thanks everyone.

So would I have to mix the clear laquer with white pigment? Or is there something else I should use. I'm just wondering if the white pigment would leave white specs or if it would blend in well. I looked at the white blonde finish from re ranch but thats not really what I'm looking for.
