  1. Ok, so the DD-6 gives the option to split the output into two outputs, one dry and one wet for seperate amps. What I want to do is this:

Both outputs are channeled through one amp; whenever dry is being played, dry comes out the amp, but as soon as there is a wet signal, the dry signal is switched off and only the wet signal is allowed through, and as soon as the wet signal stops, the dry is turned on again.

i'm sure this can probably done with simple logic gates, any ideas?

    Cheers!

  2. I have a 3-way gibson style toggle switch, and i want to put it in between the volume and the input jack, so I can use it to switch the signal on and off. It has three prongs, and one on the other side, which wires do I connect to which prong?

I was thinking put the right one to the volume pot, the middle to the input jack, and the left prong to earth which would lead to nothing obviosuly, causing the silence. Anyone want to correct me?

  3. Is there any way I could get a cutoff and resonance control on my guitar? I was thinking of taking the volume, and then wiring it to a cutoff/resonance module from a synth (with its knobs on the front of the guitar), and wiring that output to the jack... does this sound really ridiculous?

(Of course, there would be a SPDT switch there so I can bypass the filter)

  4. I'm going to be adding a switch in my guitar that cuts off the sound signal... what i'll be doing is using a typical three-way toggle switch I had spare, connecting the volume to the left prong on the switch, and the middle prong to the output jack...

but does the toggle switch need to be earthed? And if so, will I just run a seperate wire from the end of the switch to earth?
