just wondering how you would best go about stripping off the finish of a guitar
its been chipped so i know you can strip it to its natural wood state, and was going to do this, just wondering the best way to do it

ive got a epiphone les paul special, and i was wondering if its possible to carve it out and creat a nice looking semi-hollow body guitar, because im trying to customize it until it is completely original.
first of all i want to know if anyone has everyone done something similar
secondly i want to know the difficulty level of it

hey guys, what do you think is the easiest way to take off the black finish of my epiphone les paul special, im thinking about just taking all the electronics and hardware off and then just sanding it down, i dont know if there is a better way of doing it or not. soo give me your ideas.
