Hello,

i am planning on assembling my "perfect strat". simply a good ol'strat, with a hardtail bridge, some better electronics and a slightly thinner neck.

for the pups, i've been reading reviews and threads on HC, and came accros a manufacturer called Jim Wagner (www.crcoils.com) all the reviews about his work are extremely positive ( look here )

seems like they're even better then fralins and vanzandts. anybody here have any experience with this guy and his pickups? i'd really like to here your comments.

they aren't too expensive either: 200 for a set of 3, wich is cheaper than fralins, and about the same price as the duncans.

i'd love to here your remarks.

i would go with the BSB look to, not only do i think it's easier, but imho it also looks better.

as far as the pickguard is conderned, try here:

ibanez rules!

they might have one or two,

and these guys can make anything you wan't (but it will probably cost ya..)
