i cant wait, this is going to be beautiful.
never thought i would see the day id be anxious to see a strat be finished hahaha
-
im interested in seeing what you decide to do for a neck
-
well that chunk of wood is mighty expensive, and the workmanship is near flawless, so i wouldnt even know where to begin haha
-
how did you get the wood so thin to make the pickups covers/cavity covers?
-
so, ummm Drak, looking to sell that body?
-
when i bought this old bc rich that had rusty pickups, i took some sand paper to it, cleaned it right up....i also hear the back of tin foil takes rust off?
-
that scarf is stunning dude, nice bass
-
great price but it would end up costing me the same amount as the stores price due to duties and taxes and also the money order and conversion charge
good luck man

i think that if you want an ESP, buy an ESP.
do you think that anyone is stupid enough/gullable to believe a first act guitar is actually a ESP?
-
nahhhh im good, thanks though
-
is there any simple way of wiring a passive neck with an active bridge? id have one vol. one tone and a 3 way selector...thanks
-
will you put those same inlays on? because those are pretty wild
-
yeah you're going to get in trouble with that pic...
anyways, doesnt the neck slide in that little hole then you glue it in?
-
looks better than a fender...
only jokes btw
-
i am getting them from a guy who WANTS to be a duncan dealer which means he has to order like 20 sets before he is allowed. i got them for $100 american, the mustaine set
-
now...tell me, what part of project guitar did you post this in? and for extra bonus marks WHERE SHOULD THIS BE?
-
how about a platinum bc rich strat just kidding, good luck that is BEAUTIFUL
-
thanks and yes, beveling is a must for me
-
thanks.
well, today i only got the neck mounted with screws. im really anxious to receive my pickups so i can finish up.
id really like to read some more feedback so i can improve on things that suck, so fire away.

i didnt take any pictures of the back since the neck has glue and ebony dust hardended on it
Also, i have to cut off the excess fretboard so i can have enough room for two humbuckers
-
haha godin,sd, im a few days older than you
-
about the fretboard, why does it look like the fret slots are very wide? is the picture taking things out of context or do you just glue+clamp your frets in?

nice kkv
