  1. When youre changing pickups you should also take a look at the wiring and shielding.

Cheap guitars have often cheap wiring and bad shielding.

Further you can also take a look at your output connector. These things can also have a high resitance due to poor (cheap) quality.

  2. I'm a complete nobody when it comes to floyd rose kinda tremolo's. B)

I don't have any guitars with such a tremolo. :D

Question: Is there a kind of floyd rose tremolo that you can mount flat on the guitar?

I mean without making a hole?

Something you just screw on top of your guitar?

  3. I don't see the problem.

Whenever I lose a needle, papertag, screw or anything with a sharp point on it, I just take off my shoes and socks, turn out the lights and in a few seconds I step in/on it. It's so easy.

So it shouldn't be that hard to find a needle in a haystack. Just close your eyes, take off your shoes and socks, walk around, and you'll find the needle and with a little luck some needles someone else has lost.

    :D

  4. You Lucky man, I'm soooooo jealous.

I'm a huge fan of Thin Lizzy.

So sad that I haven't seen them with Phil :D

Have the ' one night only' cd with John Sykes on lead vocals and like it very much.

    But he's no Phil Lynott.

You said Scot Gorham and John Sykes, Who were on bas and drums?

Was Darren Wharton still on keyboards?

How where the harmonic guitar solo's ?(maybe wrong english words but you know what I mean)

You didn't got to steal a 'pick' from them?
