When youre changing pickups you should also take a look at the wiring and shielding.
Cheap guitars have often cheap wiring and bad shielding.
Further you can also take a look at your output connector. These things can also have a high resitance due to poor (cheap) quality.

Hi,
You should wait between 12 an 24 hrs for each coat, always sand between coats.
Please remember Polyurethane is dry in 24 hrs BUT fully hardended in 5 to 6 WEEKS, so if youre going to polish, take your time

Just curious, is the amplifier the same scale ?

This is sad,very sad.
The site by Matia was the site that got me in contact with Melvyn Hiscock and later this site.
I still have the spreadsheet (fretcalc) that Matia made on my desktop.
Much strenght for his family

I'm a complete nobody when it comes to floyd rose kinda tremolo's.
I don't have any guitars with such a tremolo.
Question: Is there a kind of floyd rose tremolo that you can mount flat on the guitar?
I mean without making a hole?
Something you just screw on top of your guitar?

Yeah, I did. Nice music.
Wonder how they play those instruments.
There was a classical guitarist by the name of Narcisso Yepes, who had a classical guitar with 10 strings.
I often wondered how it would be to play on such an instrument.
Probably difficult, very difficult

I hope TSL will enter his great "Strat" again.
It has everything to be on the front page of Project Guitar.
Natural colour
Don't need a case
Doesn't detune
Nice 'bark-binding' on body and neck

Found this site by accident

NICE GUITAR!!
Is there a limit on how many guitars someone could own?
-
I don't see the problem.
Whenever I lose a needle, papertag, screw or anything with a sharp point on it, I just take off my shoes and socks, turn out the lights and in a few seconds I step in/on it. It's so easy.
So it shouldn't be that hard to find a needle in a haystack. Just close your eyes, take off your shoes and socks, walk around, and you'll find the needle and with a little luck some needles someone else has lost.

You Lucky man, I'm soooooo jealous.
I'm a huge fan of Thin Lizzy.
So sad that I haven't seen them with Phil
Have the ' one night only' cd with John Sykes on lead vocals and like it very much.
But he's no Phil Lynott.
You said Scot Gorham and John Sykes, Who were on bas and drums?
Was Darren Wharton still on keyboards?
How where the harmonic guitar solo's ?(maybe wrong english words but you know what I mean)
You didn't got to steal a 'pick' from them?

Now that's a thought.
Sorry that I don't know the answer.
If anybody answers they might know the answer to the question: what about mahogany dust and wood glue (transparant off course)

I need more power
It looks like the ideal machine to grind your finger to the bone
Don't like it, sorry

I like it . Hardcore penquin.
That's absolutely a new hype

I voted neck through because I want my next guitar to be a neck through.
Have to think it over though

I really love this inlay!
The idea of mirror inlay is great too!
Fine job. Wish I could do that!
