  1. Hey TSL, should I get you professional help. That kind of hardcore can be a hazard for your health. Specially Frans Bauer is known for the fact that he can be the cause of a brain insult.

Please switch to Koos Alberts, Gert en Hermien or Heintje

    :DB):D

  2. It looks absolutely stunning, I love to hear it too.

I must agree totaly with Jehle.

I used to work in a music store where they sold very cheap acoustic guitars.

There bridges were glued on top of the paint as well. When winter came and we had the heating on in the store, some bridges came off with a loud bang.

    Please reconsider this carefully

Strings through body will be an excellent solution.

    Good luck and cheers

  3. When you're making dessert and draw an explorer headstock with chocolate.

When you see a poster of a band you don't recognize the members but know the name of the band by seeing the guitar.

When you here a great song you can sing along with, you have to wait for the guitar solo to know what band and song it is.

When you are buying a tool box for the tools you are going to need on your next project guitar.

    :D

  4. By the way,

The little dark wood just in the middle between the pickup's is that where the wire's run?

I've made me a special tool to make such a channel.

I've bended an old screwdriver wich was made from normal steel (in other words: a cheap, very cheap, screwdriver) in an angle of 90 degrees. Grinded a kind of drill head on it and made the hole. It took one hour and a half but I think it was worth it.

You just push the head in, turn a little and pull it back out.

That way you can make a small hole.

  5. I have read this topic and didn't realize that the placing of the neck pickup was so important.

Maybe an idea: make the fretboard so that after the 24th fret the neck pickup is placed, but the fretboard has only a 24th fret on the high E and B string. The fretboard stops on the low E on the 20th fret or so. Then place the neck pickup straight against the fretboard. The neck pickup will be tilted but with the right pickup it wouldn't be a problem.

Maybe this is a useless reply but hey, I'm trying to think along
