Report Glaswegian Planer in Tools and Shop Chat Posted November 19, 2008 hey any glasgwegians know where I can get the uses of a planer cheaply? Cos i kinda suck at it. I tried to join the glasgow sculpture society because they have good facilities but there not really interested in me thanks I am in Larkhall and have a surface planer (jointer) + a thickness planer which you can have a go with if you like.... Glasgow College of Building and printing (Bridgeton area) runs 6 week courses in furniture making, wood carving etc.,.. they have some nice kit cheers....andrew
