I love that cutaway that creates the stand/feet on the bottom of the guitar...dunno why people didn't think of that a hundred years ago

everything I have ordered from Tom Top has been exactly what they claimed it would be

I got pickguard blank from suntekstore.com that was excellent quality.

I've met with a metal worker who is willing to work with me on a custom bridge cover - stainless steel!
He's gonna have to do a few prototypes...anyone else interested?

so, I got an old beater off Craigslist, and the fellow who had the guitar had been trying to edit the pickup situation. when he parted with the pieces, I got p-90's, but not the screws and springs used to mount them. I am google-failing to find a source where I can get just the springs and screws without the pickups.
anyone willing to edumacate me?
thanks in advance, and yes, I am a total newbie.

aluminum seems to be the way to go - at least for a first attempt - there's a guy near me who does chrome plating. wouldn't that be nice?

Long time lurker - only my second post.
So, I went searching for a really nice bridge cover for this old Series 10 bass I am fixing up. Admittedly, I am nobody's google warrior, but I do well enough.
I've found NOT MUCH in the way of bridge covers at all, much less anything that might catch the eye.
Is there anything more to the creation of a bridge cover than designing, cutting and bending the metal?

ultra-noob here, please forgive my ignorance...
I got this old Hamer off Craigslist, and I think the fretboard is very beautiful - what can I put on it (without removing the frets) to "bring out" or increase the visibility and presence of the fretboard?
Your thoughts and expreience greatly appreciated.

I love what you're doing with the cutaway at the foot of the guitar - it'll be it's own stand ...almost.
