I love walnut I have some walnut i'm going to use for a carved top one day, the chocolate brown with an oil finish should look sweet.

I remember I think back in the late 80's or early 90's George Lynch was talking about having a moveable pickup. I can't remember him saying anything about it since.

What is the purpose behind using a router template bearing when routing out a body? And do you put in the bearing and then the bit? Sorry if im sounding dumb

It looks like you have some skills there the body looks a little thick maybe streamline it a little good work though.

That will be quite awhile unfortunately going through major changes in life but it will happen eventually I actually have 2 different sets of bookmatched black walnut they both have beautiful grain
