Anyone got any links to sound clips of the EH Metal Muff? I came across it on fleabay and I've not been able to find any sound clips! found some very strange other links when I googled 'Metal Muff' though

better still has anyone got one or even played one?

The whammy bar is missing so the springs under the bridge is disconnected.

I replaced the bushings, tuners and jack. The rest of the hardware is original.

It's playable, but it is a counterfiet going for dirt cheap so don't expect it to be some really awsome axe.

Myself, I listen to hardcore. Some of my favs are norma jean, the chariot, underoath (old and new), and this runs through.

if you cant afford a 5150, this is what i would do. look for a cheap vintage amp (univox, sunn) anything with a super good clean channel. if you can score a vintage tube amp cheap, thats even better. then get yourself a good pedal

I'd buy a line 6 dude... it has a few different distorted sounds... and they're semi-cheap enough... but i dont know how much a jobless 16 yr old has!! My dad got me a spider line 6 for my birthday... i'm 12... just collect your birthday change and save up lol

line 6 are alright but you can really hear how "digital" it sounds which kinda sucks

i went to a local pensacola guitar store the other day and saw this amp called a jaguar. its all tube, has tube reverb and tube tremolo. its a tuck n roll style and the back said something like "manufactured by orpheum company" its only 180 dollars and sounds AMAZING! have any of you played or seen these amps?

ever listen to the red chord? they use 5150's as do alot of death metal/grindcore/hardcore bands... sometimes you can find one on ebay for like 500-600

I'm curious as to where is A good palce to find quality guitars in need of repair? Like PRS that are working fine, but just need a new finish. Or a PRS bolt-on with a broke neck, so you gotta make a new one? Cause I'm SURE there are people out there who think it's not worth fixing it and sell/scrap the stuff... cause they're just players. But people like us could do something with them. ANyone know where to find things like this? But not SUPER cheap no=name stuff like always on ebay, I'm talkin' PRS, Gibson, Fender, etc. in need of desperate repair or in poor condition for cheap (or cheapish), etc.

i used to have a 60s kingston guitar that had 4 pickups... well i gave away three and i wanna use the last one i got on my squier 51 reissue. it has three wires - red, blue and black. whats the blue one for?

my friend blew a fuse in his bass amp (hartke vx3500 combo) and we are trying to replace the fuse. the fuse is an 8 amp 120v, the holder says 120-130. i have had alot of trouble trying to find a fuse to work with this and just recently found an auction on ebay for 100 8A 125v fuses. will a 125v fuse work with this?
