Dont bother with it mate.

Its not a stand alone recorder, its just an interface to get the external audio into your computer via USB. Pro tools Free sux too. Go with Emagic Logic Audio Or something from Steinberg and a PCI audiocard. I use Logic and a ST AUDIO DSP24 MKII card. No problems, 5 ms latency, 4 inputs, 4 outputs and a great sound. Team this up with a Behringer VAMP or POD and you got a fantastic setup.

Also if you use Logic or Cubase you can use VST instruments (virtual instruments) for the remainder of you track. You could buy my audio card and software for less money than the Lexicon with better results.

Simple!!!!!

The Neck p/up is screwed to the body, and the scratchplate simply sits over the top.

Down side to this is that to adjust the height of the p/up, you must de-string the guitar, remove the plate, adjust and then re assemble. Thats why all current Tele's have the pickup mounted to the scratchplate.

Hotrock the ex strat sounded unbelievable. I literally finished it then got offered an obscene amount of money for it so I sold it. Sometimes you just cant say no.

As far as the Japanese Strat being superior, just the feel of the guitar, the finish on the body and the timber used. The Japanese actually try to match the 3 pieces of Alder to minimise the join lines..........US equivilent just seems not as well crafted. Its hard to explain, I guess it just feels right.

Although I must admit, the Texas Specials or definetly going on Ebay. Im not a fan at all! Great pickup, just not for me.

I cant begin to say enough nice things about this company.

I placed my order online after reading a few good reviews about Fender Japan, or Ishibashi Music Corp to be precise.

I recieved a personal email from the Marketing manager within 30 minutes, thanking me for my purchase and congratulating me on a fine choice of instrument.

I responded with a couple of questions about the guitar which he answered straight away. By this time im feeling pretty good about my purchase and totally at ease.

Any worries I had were dispelled 13 hours later when I recieved another email stating that the guitar had been shipped, and I could track it across the world with the tracking number supplied.

......................Fast forward 24 hours and I check the EMS tracking service to discover that my new 62 strat is in Melbourne. Half an hour after it landed Customs had cleared the instrument and mailed it to my local post office.

Needless to say that less than 3 days after ordering, I was playing my guitar.

The quality of the instrument is better than my US 62 re issue. I love it.

Ill post some real pics when I can put it down long enough to pick up the camera.

3 piece Alder body in 3 col sunburst. Gold Vintage hardware, Texas Special Custom shop pickups, and a beautiful slab rosewood fret board.

My wife thinks im like a kid on Christmas morning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dates are usually penciled into the neck pocket and on the base of the neck. Modern Fenders use the serial number for the date reference.

Ace - yes the tattoo paper will work fine, just make sure you print with a laser printer to stop the ink running when it hits the water.

They used to say a picture doesnt lie....................well now with photoshop you cant believe anything that you see. Its also great for taking blemishes out of pictures, restoring old photos..........oh and putting the head of some chick you know on a naked body and emailing her the results. You wouldnt think I was 29 would ya?

I have had this set of Precision/Jazz EMG's for 3-4 years now with the intention of building a bass. Well it doesnt look like its going to happen so they're up for grabs.

The box looks a little worn but thecontents are completely new. Includes full wiring harness, pots, battery connector, spec sheet and screws.
