I will try to give my opinion. It's not easy because not all of them are compliments, but anyway... XD

killemall - A masterpiece in terms of quality. However, the general look is too sophisticated for me. Regarding to explorers, I only like the gibson model. Also the wood choice is not my favorite. I would love to see some indoor shots of your builds, I think the direct sunlight + grass background combination does not help.

Wix - I guess that is a great guitar, but it has anything special for me. Maybe this month is harder than others, so many beauties...

bigdguitars - Looks very well executed, but aesthetically, definitely not for me.

demonx - Simply brutal, it probably deserves a win... I didn't voted for it just because it has only one pickup.

Technology4Musicians - I love that headless, not sold on the top carve though. But looks fantastic! It deserves a win, but in a headless forum... XD

RAD - I was some days trying to find the way to tell it, but Scott finally beats me the words... love the body shape, specially the lower horn. I think I could be inside that customer base...

Sure, it's not a secret... XD I use a ruler for string spacing, I meant the height of the slot...

I use the eyeball to make the slots, but instead of drawing the top line, I draw the fret line height (the limit you can't reach)... I also add the safety 'hair' that RAD suggested, just to prevent bone wear from strings compression I guess... the ideal height for a nut slot is the same as frets, so the nut works like another fret... right?

Yup, that SS looks killer.

I use a pipe to make those holes... but my drill bit is way more dangerous than yours.

What really always worried me is to get the exact angle of the hole.

I'm not fan of headless, but this one is really beautyful... sunburst tonalities are simply amazing. Congrats!

I had the same issue in the past with the lower horn of one of my guitars, now i think it is probably the most important body part to keep in mind at design stage.

It reminds me when I was working with guitars at home... after the hard work, a beer, a big joint and the progress update to the forum... those where good times. I left my home 7 months ago to move to another country and now I miss a lot all my guitar building stuff.

I'm hoping the cream binding will aid the transition from pretty blue zebrano to dark, chocolatey wenge. Fingers crossed, as always!

Sure it will... but brown would be nicer and you wouldn't need to cross any fingers... XD

Just kidding, it's your guitar, made it yours... is just that I hate blue guitars, so it's a matter of personal taste. Anyway, can't wait to see the results. Keep it the good work!

I'm not fan of zebrano - I personally think it's horrible - but I must admit that top looks very nice over the wenge body... thumbs up to that wood combination, looking forward to see more advances... welcome to the forum!

Well, I brought that guitar here to Vienna and playing it every day, is the only I can do here in my spare time... she sounds great and a pleasure to play. Never figured while working on it that I would get such instrument. Also never figured it would be so popular... I'm impressed.

Excellent work man... I love to watch your creations, they are just amazing guitars. When i grow I want to be a jedi like you...
