You have to select what you want it to print. So on the plot menu select
What to plot: then change it to window and draw a box around what you want to print. Change the scale to 1:1 and make sure you have the correct printer/plotter selected. Try that

I use AutoCAD 2005, but check when you print to see if there is a Scale option. Set the scale to 1:1 and it should print in the size you want. Thats how it is in AutoCAD, so Im not sure if its like that in the ones you are using.

You could glue them face down onto a scrap piece and then sand the back of them to the required radius. You would somehow need to make a sanding block with the correct radius so they will glue down. Seems like a lot of work but it could work.
