First of all, greetings everybody! I just entered the forum and decided to write something about my first guitar project.
Okay, after I got my Jackson KV-2 my Harley Benton was off the duty and I was thinking about reconditioning it. Main issue was the singlecoil holes, which were left empty since I didn't need the pickups and they sounded really bad. Now the project includes a fret job, new hardware and neck's, headstock's and body's refinishing.

Not good! So, I took on with detaching the parts. The process was easy, although the neck screws didn't quite co-operate with me.

Next thing to do was to unfret it.

I didn't have tongs that were small enought to pinch the fret out, so I used a knife. But it seemed to work very well. Then I sanded the fretboard and the neck. Next thing for the board is to ebonize it, black stain should do it, right?
