and use router.. side cutting.. by using router..

and all work is dont this tools.. it's OK .. dont need more tool..

first time i use grainder.. but power tool is too faster.. so i dont use grainder..

yesterday.. i make guitar body.. & make rose wood neck back..

neck making work is 25min.. use knife & spokenshave & scraper & papaer sander.

rose wood is hard but more easy than birtheye's maple or curly maple..

this body will assembly with Tom Anderson Pickup set..

body is maple top (28mm) walnut back..

birtheye's maple neck + birtheye's maple Fingetboard.. and strat headstock..

it is ordered guitar.. if i make mine.. i will make rosewood fingerboard.

but order man want to maple fingerboard..

i dont like custom order because of.. custom order is not good job..

iam happy when want to make my style's guitar..

so i will never make custome order.. and i want to allway enjoy my working..

my dream is luthiers but dont want to guitar making man..

guitar making for money.. it is not happy..

i listen .. CNC machine make PRS archtop body is need 40min...

matal body is enable same quailty same sound body..

amazing body.. ^^

this guitar neck wood is very hard.. and body is hard..

maple is allmost 25~30mm thick..

sound is clean , and bright.. very long sustain ..

and gain chanel tone is punching.. and have power..

it is not mellow gutiar.. it will be some attack gain chanel sound..

Sunday.. my new Guitar is finally end..

this is my first achtop style body.. Maple top & walnut body.. and anigre neck. rosewood Fingerboard..

this finish is oil finish.. very smoth.. more than smoth than girls breast ^^

yes my favorit headstock is similarity ESP , Gibson melody maker.. ^^

headstock design is allway my homework..

but it is more difficult than archTop Guitar making..

my first arch top...

ugly achtop T_T, body thick is 45mm

but when top working is end.. side thick is look like slim..

so some ugly..

i listen on Classic guitar..

it is same thing cedar top and spruce top..

normally spruce top is good for variable sound..

because spuruce is bright than cedar.. cedar is mollow sound.

but touch is enable spruce to mollow sound.

my think is worm & Dark sound is easy to EQ, but Bright tone is difficult to EQ..
