  2. Hey, I've got a favor to ask anyone that has some CAD experiance and time to blow. If I were to give you a picture of a sketch of a body and tell you the dimensions, mark where the brdge placement is, and give neck measurements etc. Do you think you could draw up a quick 2D CAD rendering of it, cause I'm on a MAC and it's hard to find good software for no $$ for it, and even demos. Plus I SUCK at CAD.

  3. u shold have no problem puting a modern lacquer on the front and id say it whold probaly be poly being a Korean guitar and all, as for striping the lacquer i usealy sand it, but i always work whith eletric guitars and i dont know how to go about puting a belt sander on a acoustic. The other 2 methods are useing heat and useing chemicals.

    And all 3 methodes have tutorials on this site:

    I'm finally starting my first guitar build , im so excited (and so scared)

    hear are the specs:

    2 pice basswood bodey

    1 pice maple neck

    ebony fret bord whith 24 frets, flat radius

    set thro neck joint

    floyd rose licence trem

    sprezal locking tuners

    emg 81 in bridge

    fernandes sustainer in the neck

    emg afterburner

    quilted maple veneur on top

    staind blue

    nitro finish

    it shold be a beast :D ...... if i dont screw up.

    a) Wood choice

    b ) Pickups choice and variety in terms of styles, function, brands, etc.

    4) Do you find that when companies do offer extra options outside their common methods that they are reasonablly priced (ie: benefit equals or outways the cost)?

    5) Do you have any other comments, suggestions, criticisms, or complaints about the current guitar market that you feel this survey did not address?
