What kind of enviroment are you spraying this stuff in? More importantly, what safety precautions will you be taking when spraying it?
I'm planning on building a frame (8x8x8???) and covering it with plastic film. Two box fans (filtered) one in / one out set to keep postive pressure. Carbon filter mask... borrowing a high capacity compressor from a friend. Still need to get a gun of some sort. Should work for this small scale stuff. What do you think??

I've done one body with Nitro and it came out great. Looking at taking the plunge to 2 part Polyurethane to get some of the more exotic colors (I'm planning on HOK Kameleon...expensive but very cool!!). Are there any good tutorials available for Polyurethane paint on wood?? I've searched the forum and didn't really find anything specific.
The body will be Alder and the neck will be Maple... Suggestions....???
Thanks

I've read it is bad stuff for the human body... my thought was that this isn't something I do all the time and I'll have fairly limited exposure. The explosion thing does sound scary. I may chicken out and have it done.. we'll see.
Assuming I do give it a shot. What product would you recommend for grain filling??
Thanks,
Chris
