would such a killswitch be suited for guitar?
because im confused with the whole 125 ac thing..
-
Ok so i decided to get the 2 in 1 knob thing from warmoth, so i figure i could install a killswitch into the second knob hole to totally cut off the sound of the guitar
this allows me to cut off connection of the guitar during silent parts in songs without having to do volume swells
is there some kind of kill switch i could wire that is springloaded and will work with audio?
thanks

alright
well to be on the safe side i got some sealer, grey primer, rustoleum in black, then the black laquer, then some aerosol polyurethane
not sure hwat finish to use yet.
-
Ok so i just got this terribly ugly orange and finished body
so i sanded her down to the wood
and i have some black furniture laquer labeled black gloss
do you think i could just use this right now without the use of a primer or sand sealer since i want it to be black and its not open grained?
thanks.

-
i have a b&d 40tb thing and it seems cool
im only using it for polish and to sand the sides into sharpness
since the dremmel brand router cut thing didnt fit i just screwed it down to my B&D so atleast its flat
the only cavity im doing is the shallow part of the floyd rose
-
On this new guitar neck i got it has the standard nut with string grooves and such. Is it possible for me to remove that nut and replace it with a locking nut to fit my floyd rose?
thanks

what do you think would be the total cost of the supplies needed(ie preps, filler, sand papers, primer, paints, laquer, polish) to finish an unfinished guitar?
im trying to see if its worth just sticking with a shitty looking finished..

Think i could actually make a decent guitar out of those things?
i was thinking i could..
-switch necks with a jackson reverse headstock neck
-replace the s-s-s with a h-s-h (into the pickguard)
-color the pickguard
think i could accomplish such things?
im looking for just a goodlooking guitar to put up on the wall
