You can use it to laminate a body.

I had a problem with a strat neck. I had it on a guitar and i thought that it would be a nice idea to carve it like a wizard. The problem was that when i was carvin it the truss rod apeared, so i had to fill the hole and paint the neck.
I think that 3-4mm is ok.

Perfect, it's a very good idea to machine the brass.

Yes, i forgot to say that i have the individual saddles. I only have to make the L piece. I want to know what type of tools i need to fold it. To make the holes i use a drill press.
I was thinking what to use to fold the brass, one of this http://www.tusherramientas.com.ar/carrito/...a%20barbero.jpg
grab the brass piece in there and hit it with a hammer.
Any idea?

Hello.
I want to know if anyone can say me how to do a bridge made of brass, because i'm doing some projects and the bridges must be custom made.

Maybe you can use some paper to make the know tighter.

Considering that Ibanez necks are not very thick (19mm the wizard) try to not sand it, because you're going to reach to the truss rod.
To take out the dents that are on the wood, try to put some water there and with an iron heat the wood, that will make the wood to expand.
and some places that are big dents try withe the same method and if you see that you can't solve it that way, use some wood dust + epoxy, that will fix it. Then sand it and it will look very good.

It looks very well. I want to know where can i buy it and if it's a model for 7 strings.
-

warmoth sells individual schaller locking tuners.
http://www.warmoth.com/hardware/tuners/tun...n=guitar_tuners
But i think that when they ship them to me they will doesn't put that the product it's a gift or something like it. Because here the customs are a ****, we have a lot of taxes to pay.
-
The problem it's that the money change will rape me. I will ask =.
-
Thanks to both, i saw guys selling also wilkinson tuners on USA ebay for 28 dollars aprox, but they won't make a custom pack of tuners.
-
Hi.
I have 2 projects at the moment and i need tuners. I want to know who sells individual tuners (Sperzel, gotoh or schaller) and ships outside USA.
I saw this web, but they only ship to USA
http://www.tkinstruments.com/id75.htm
My idea it's for the 8 string, black tuners 4+4
and for the 7 string, reversed headstock in chrome

Nonono, yu burn alcohol into the pipe and then start bending the maple, watchout, put a high quantity of water to the wood because it may crack easily.
-
where do you get the acrylised spalted maple top?
-
That guitar it's metal as ****!
Congrats, it looks amazing!
-
That it's a nice "excuse" to use a nice binding.
-
The EBMM it's freaking amazing and IMHO it's very nice.
-
Try to bend it like acoustics. Put a metal cup with alcohol in it on an pipe, light it on and wait till the pipe gets hotter. Then put some water to the maple and start to bending it.
-
Holly s!!! It looks awsome.
-
It looks very good. Nice inlays too.

Yes, or maybe use it like a central line on a body. Open a nice piece of mahogany in mirror and in the middle put the ebony stripe. That would be a nice idea.
