ok i will try and see what happens... but i was also wondering if it was possible to stain or paint my rosewood fretboard to make it ebony? i made a post about this but no one has replied...

i need some directions on removing a nut that was super glued... couldnt find any in the tutorials.

ok that doesnt sound too difficult... should i drill around the edges of the dot or in the middle?

so i recently decided that i want an ebony fretboard on my telecaster...

the fretboard i have on now is rosewood and i was wondering if there is any way to paint it black and finish to look like an ebony fretboard... and if yes, i would also like to remove the standard pearloid inlay dots. any help or advice on this is greatly appreciated. thanks!

my first guitar project was a saga guitar kit... i would say it is good for beginers looking for experience in guitar assembly. the quality is ok... the parts that are supplied are not anything near high quality but are decent if you are just looking to gain experience ( like said the the previous post... it can be easily compared to squier like quality ) the instructions are good and the whole process of putting together the guitar is not difficult... the most trouble i had was with painting and finishing.

- the wiring diagrams i found were for two single coil pickups or two humbuckers... i have a single coil and a humbucker... will the diagrams still work? ( i looked at all the thinline diagrams because that is what i am making)

- i need to know what else to get to wire the guitar... and any advice on the process of wiring?

Bridge - Seymour Duncan Hot Rails

Neck - Fender Humbucker

... i need help on what else is best to get and instructions on wiring it all together. i know this is newbie question... but thats what i am. thanks for any help!
