Curtis P Posted October 17, 2004 Author Report Share Posted October 17, 2004 Ok, some more updates I have started selecting wood, I have decided on a basswood back with a figured maple top, and a mahogany neck with rosewood or maple fretboard, no front inlays I have finished the neck template and the body template and the fretting template (will get pics of how i did it, its just a mitre box, sort of) I will be purchasing the wood (basswood) tommorow or tuesday, depending on how much money I have with me and on Saturday I will have my father go into the exotic wood store and get my maple and mahogany (since I work saturdays and they close before i get off from work) Any recomandations for Fretboard?
