i recently removed a fretboard from a Ibanez JS100 guitar and installed it with LEDs,then i attached it back to the neck. but unfortunately an upward bow occured and ruined all the work...... :D ......can any body give me some advice and good methods for attaching the fretboard? or is it really impossible to install LED on a fretboard that is already attached to the neck? plx help!

you haven't worded it in a way I understand too well, did you get the bow before or after you put the fretboard back on?(there certainly isn't a bow now, as far as I can see)

and by ruined all the work, did you mean that 2 side dots don't work?

as far as attaching the fretboard, you can never use enough clamps.

yes it is possible to install(replace) LED's on a fretboard already installed, but don't try to, you will do more damage than good.
