bassbutcher Posted April 21, 2006 Report Posted April 21, 2006 how shuld i do when im off to make an special jackson randy rhoads of my own? the edges around how shuld i do it? whit an electric wood mill? hand carver? and the headstock is having 60degrees edge around like an you know mystical shape knife whit many tops and edges !!! And how to do edges like on this bass? but around the whole body i cant find mill carvs (electric) that is even halv the size!!! any tips and trixs for me?? Quote
Mattia Posted April 21, 2006 Report Posted April 21, 2006 Get a rasp. Or an angle grinder. Mark it out, remove wood until it looks right. I don't know what you're talking about re: headstock, since the thickness needs to be pretty much constant if you want the tuning machines to fit properly. Quote
