Trip To Canada (bc), Wood Shopping

Hi from Germany,

i might be going to Richmond, BC next week. AFAIK, there are a fair amount of builders here from canada, so I was just wondering if someone could tell me if i could pick up some decent figured maple for tops (not too expensive - student on a budget) in the region?

I've never been to Canada before, and don't know much about richmond either, so don't laugh. please
