Where Can I Find A Sustainer Switch?

I want a sustainer switch like the one in this guitar:

If you want a cheap sustainer you could always make one

Check out the sustainer ideas thread in the electronics section of the forum.

Perform a search on the forum on sustainer but specifically take a look at psw's monstrous sustainer thread on the subject if you're interested in building one - link. psw is Project Guitar's reigning expert and proponent on the matter.
