shawnm26 Posted September 11, 2006 Report Share Posted September 11, 2006 I recently had to swap out my tone pot for my middle pickup on my strat. I didn't by any caps cause I just planned on pulling the cap out of the old pot (of course it broke). I bought some caps yesterday to install it I pulled up the diagram from seymour duncan on how to wire to make sure i put it in the right place but they have the cap on the tone pot for the neck pickup. my question is does it matter what pot the cap goes on or is more just an individual prefrence?
