sexybeast Posted December 22, 2006 Report Share Posted December 22, 2006 I just had a guy give me an old True Tone 5 DC 9710 tube amp. It has two inputs, a volune control and a speaker. Does anyone know anything about it? I assume it's 5 waatts, but I'm not sure. I was considering changing out the speaker to see hptt it sounds. Maybe make a new cabinet for it since the existing one is crap. Any thoughts? Also, he gave me a tube Bogen PA head. Is it possible to turn this into an amp head and drive a cabinet?
