fanatic Posted December 18, 2002 Report Share Posted December 18, 2002 i just got a Ibanez GRX70 for christmas and i wondered why the tremolo didnt stick, it just flops around and is loose, it clips in but then spins in circle when i move it, how can i fix this? GEdwardJones Posted December 18, 2002 Report Share Posted December 18, 2002 I'm not sure what your question is, but I can think of one of two things based on your question (which is a little vague). 1. Your trem arm doesn't "click" in, it's a screw-on type arm, you should screw it in just like any other strat-style bridge's arm. the reason it keeps spinning is that it's not attached. 2. You've stripped/worn out the threads from over tightening/hard use. These or some variation thereof would seem to be the cause. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
